With so many complicated, expensive and time-consuming vegan recipes out there, I knew I had to develop my own recipes to fit my needs. After experimenting in the kitchen I soon learned that making vegan food didn’t have to be a challenge, it could be quick to make, easy to prepare, and incredibly delicious!
Raised in a family of chefs, butchers, and hunters. I thought vegan life was all salads, granola, and kale. I thought you had to buy expensive and difficult-to-find ingredients. That all sounded terrible.
After years of constant research and experimentation, I proved what I thought myself was impossible.
The more I veganized the food I actually liked, using my many years of cooking experience, I soon found that making vegan food didn’t have to be a challenge. In fact, it could be quick to make, easy to prepare, and incredibly delicious!
I was also surprised by how my grocery bill actually went down, I had more free time, and I felt so much healthier!
When I became a vegan in 2012, I really didn’t know what I was doing. From how to shop for groceries, to how to prepare meals that satisfied me. It took me many years of trial and testing. This is why I’m here.

The classes will be on May 15th, 22nd, 29th, and June 5th.
Each class will run about 90 minutes, where I will show you how to prep 5-days worth of meals from start to finish including 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches, and 2 dinners.
You can cook along with me, or you can watch and cook later, the choice is up to you!
If you tune in live you are able to ask me questions as I cook, it’s really fun! But if you are not able to tune in live, you can watch the videos later at your own convenience and if you have any questions or comments, just ask in the Facebook group.
A: Yes, once the videos have finished streaming, they are saved to the Facebook group where you can watch them any time you like, as many times as you like! The Facebook group with all video content will exist as long as the program is in existence.
A: On set it will be just me (Sam), Adam behind the camera, and Chickpea dog might make a special appearance!

A: Great question! These are common, everyday ingredients from any “regular” grocery store! A common misconception is that vegan food is expensive. (I used to think the same thing). But when you cook with basic ingredients like I do in my recipes it’s actually usually more affordable!
A: Every Sunday I will show you how to meal prep from start to finish, 6 recipes.
2 scrumptious breakfasts, 2 amazing lunches, and 2 drool-worthy dinners.
It will be enough food to feed two people for 5 days. You can easily reduce or increase the recipes as needed.
A: Everybody has different caloric needs based on their size, gender, age, and fitness goals. Each portion will be around 500 calories (roughly 1500 calories a day), which depending on your needs will allow room for snacks and desserts if desired. (I love snacks)! 🙂
Need more food? No problem, you can easily bump up the calories by adding things like avocado, nuts, adding some bread, crackers, or fruit on the side, or just double the recipes.
Every recipe includes a full nutrition breakdown, so for those of you who like to keep track, it makes it super simple!
